The western edge

Merri Creek does the framing.

The creek corridor forms a natural western boundary — a landscape asset that shapes how open space and green links are likely to be planned when the precinct is structured.

To the east, the Hume Freeway gives the precinct direct arterial access via the O'Herns Road interchange; to the south, Cooper Street connects into one of northern Melbourne's largest employment corridors.
