Cooper Street West is unusually well-connected for a future precinct — the Hume Freeway runs along its eastern boundary and the Mernda line sits a short drive away at Epping.

Rail

Epping Station (Mernda line) is the closest heavy-rail connection, running direct to Melbourne Central and Flinders Street. Park-and-ride and local bus services feed the station from the Epping North catchment.

Freeway

Hume Freeway (M31), O'Herns Rd interchange runs along the precinct's eastern boundary, giving direct access south to the Metropolitan Ring Road and north towards Craigieburn, Wallan and regional Victoria.

Melbourne Airport is roughly 18km west via the Ring Road — one of the shorter airport runs of any northern growth precinct.
